This website is owned and operated by UsefulWorks LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors descriptions of the features provided by UsefulWorks software products such as “Software Forensics Workstation”. This website additionally provides a means by which you may purchase yearly licenses to such software products. By accessing or using our website and the products it offers, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use our website and/or purchase licenses to our products, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive our software products if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
To return an Annual SFW Licensed product that you have installed and activated, first deactivate it as described in the User Guide distributed to you with the product. Then send us an email to sales@UsefulWorks.com stating your intention to return the product. If you do so within 10 days from the date you receive the product, we will offer a refund based upon your original payment method, minus $50 for handling.
To return an Annual SFW Licensed product that you have not yet activated, please first activate that product, then follow the procedures in the paragraph above.
To return a Project SFW Licensed product that you have not yet activated, please first activate that product, then follow the procedures in the paragraph below.
To return a Project SFW Licensed product that you have activated already, first deactivate it as described in the User Guide distributed to you with the product. Then send us an email to sales@UsefulWorks.com stating your intention to return the product. If you do so within 10 days from the date you receive the product, we will offer a refund based upon your original payment method, minus $100 for handling.
Because of its very low price, UsefulWorks does not accept returns on the Limited SFW Licensed product.
To return Project or Annual SFW Licensed product more than 10 days from the date you received the product, please send us an email documenting your reasons. Then follow up with a call to us so we can discuss your reasons for returning the software product. We will do our best to reach an equitable solution.
